At Viva Glam Salon, our goal is to make each customer look and feel fantastic.

As a full-service salon, we take pride in providing the latest styles and techniques in hair cuts, highlights, makeup, bridal services, up-dos, straightening, relaxing, and coloring. We also offer rejuvenating hair treatments for stressed or damaged hair. Our stylists are professionals who are always up-to-date on the latest styles and trends. Come on over, check us out!

Throughout the years Viva Glam supports the Cancer Society by hosting an annual "Cuts for Cancer", which yielded in excess of $2000 in 2011. The management and staff are also very involved in Alzhemiers support, hosting an annual charity party in March/April. In the past two years, we've raised proceeds in excess of $8,500 and $12,600 respectively.

The owners take both diseases very seriously; they have been touched by them on a personal level!

policies

It is our main goal to provide our clients with a professional and wonderful experience at Viva Glam Salon. The following policies serve as a guide for first time clients as well as our regular ones.

cancellation policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a service. This gives the salon enough time to fill the time slot. A credit card is required to reserve your reservation. If a client does not show up to their appointment they will be charged 50% of the service. They will have 30 days to use this towards their rebooked service. Please also be mindful that you are responsible for any reservation that is not changed 24 hours prior.

Also, we ask that if any changes need to be made (such as adding or taking away a service) please give enough notice to the salon so that the stylist can accommodate your appointment as well as others. If the salon is not notified prior to your appointment time, you will be held responsible for the time allotted.

confirmation calls

As a courtesy, we try to call and confirm your salon appointments two business days prior to your appointment. However, if we are unable to call or reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

We do understand that situations arise and can delay a scheduled appointment. Depending on the circumstances, we may or may not be able to accommodate late arrival and may ask you to reschedule. We want each client to receive the full time that they are booked for.

All services are final sale and will not be granted a cash refund. We take pride in making sure all of our clients are satisfied and we will always give 100 % percent in doing so. Depending on the circumstances, only a salon credit may be given.
